Talk Chart offers the following services:

  • Audio and video calls
  • Electricity payments for Zimbabwe, Kenya, and South Africa
  • Mobile recharge for all global mobile operators
  • Flight ticket bookings for all major airlines

3. User Registration

To use certain features of Talk Chart, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services through Talk Chart must be made using the payment methods provided in the app. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the services, including any applicable taxes. All transactions are final, and payments for mobile recharge and electricity are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Flight Tickets: Refunds are subject to fees depending on the airline and route. Please review the specific airline’s refund policy before booking. Talk Chart will facilitate the refund process, but the decision and fee structure are determined by the airline.

Mobile Recharge and Electricity Payments: These services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Please ensure the details you provide are accurate before completing the transaction.

6. Collection of Information

By using Talk Chart, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of personal data necessary to process your requested services, such as your name, contact information, and payment details. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties except as required to provide our services or by law.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use Talk Chart for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in any activity that violates any local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfering with or disrupting the app or servers or networks connected to the app
  • Transmitting any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the app

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on Talk Chart, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of Talk Chart or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any of the content without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Talk Chart is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or services provided through the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Talk Chart, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Talk Chart, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the app. Your continued use of Talk Chart after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Talk Chart, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Talk Chart will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Talk Chart regarding the use of the app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
